For an exact detailing of the limits of each ability, see this chart (Eli’s post-transfusion abilities fall under "peak human"). For the purposes of this game, I'm knocking it down to enhanced strength, agility, and healing.
Eli is also a skilled tactician and a disciplined leader, who has training and experience in hand to hand combat. He is very athletic, and has displayed some skill at parkour.
